He was the head of Frankfurt Zoo for nearly 30 years. The film of this book won an Academy Award in 1959. This book is in general fair condition. The dustjacket is entire and whole. The illustration (a photograph taken from their zebra patterned aircraft) is still clearly atmospheric. There is wear and tear to all edges and corners.
