464 pages (finishing at). Published at the time of, and dedicated to Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee. Ranjitsinhji is still regarded as the best batsman of all time. He was also Maharaja of Nawanagar. The cover is marked, worn but steady. There is much wear to the extremities especially the spine head and foot. The spine seams are worn but secure. The paper trim edges are foxed. The frontispage has a gift inscription (not from the Prince) dated 19/3/02 recording a friend's visit to Durban. The front pages are foxed, marked and dirty. The contents are freckled coyly with foxing. The book is incomplete. The pages within are secure and clear to read and easy to use. fk
